What does Namaste mean to you?

When I say Namaste to peple, this is what I mean, yet people just think I am being pretentious.
Carl Jung told us of the collective unconscious in the 1930's, showing that certain arcetypes were known throughout the world and that we are all connected. These days, that is not beyond the bounds of possibility, but remember, those were the days before computers and the internet. Yet people recognised the relevance of certain icons even though they were worlds apart.
Certain people can send energy around the world, they can see events before they happen, they know how people are feeling thousands of miles away. We are all linked, all connected, we are one. I don't mean in an internet way, rather a spiritual connection with all that is, has been and will be. It is there for anyone to tap into, it is collective, and, as most people don't notice it, it is unconscious.
So, using this idea, why is it not possible that when we meet somebody, that we see in them something that is also within ourselves...?
I have heard many therapisits describe people as mirrors, they mirror us, and we them. If there is something about them that we don't like, that aggravates or annoys, then we need to work on that within ourselves too. We need to go inside and find out WHY we have this negative response to this thing in others, and turn it around so that it no longer bothers us. It is never an easy thing to do, yet it is how we grow as a person.
Why should we not be able to see the light, the good in others too? And be able to bring that out and indeed, mirror it, in others?
To me, that is what Namaste is all about. Telling people that you realise they are part of you, that you connect on a deeper level than the superficiality created by the modern world.
This is how we recognise 'soul family'. Ever meet someone for the first time, and instantly think, 'I know you.'?
Ever visit a place for the first time and instantly know you've been there before?
These are the people and things we know from past experiences, whether it is truly a past life recall, or a collective revelation of consciousness.
These are people and places that we have known of deep within our own psyche for millenia.
So, now I have given you a small sample of what Namaste means to me, think about what it trully means to you.
Namaste.
